greenCAX marketplace

19 September 2018 |  Böblingen  |  1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

combined with the simpulseday Artificial Intelligence for Smart Vehicle Development and Operating on 20 September 2018

How can virtual tools shape the digital transformation towards tomorrow's green mobility?

With the 1st greenCAX marketplace the asc(s is moving towards green mobility 10 years after its foundation. As a multiplier and catalyst the asc(s bundles the critical mass of experts to promote the research and development of new CAX simulation techniques. Against the background of the digital transformation and the ever shorter development cycles, the virtual vehicle development can be assigned an increasing importance. Despite the rapidly increasing system complexity of the vehicles, thanks to state-of-the-art simulation applications, engineers are able to develop innovative vehicle concepts in the shortest possible time. But the digital transformation also places new demands on the simulation processes. Driven by the megatrends of electromobility and autonomous driving, it is important to create efficient and consistent virtual development and test environments. The greenCAX marketplace will discuss future challenges and proposals for solutions in the field of new or improved CAX methods, solver algorithms, workflows, data consistency and standardisation.
